Enrique Olvera, Santiago Perez and Alonso de Garay are the founders and managing partners of Casamata overseeing creativity, business development and strategy, while working hand in hand with an in-house team of experts in charge of operations, F&B development, FOH & BOH direction, interior design, art direction, marketing and public relations.
Following the first stones laid by our restaurants, we want to bring our vision of Mexican hospitality and lifestyle to the world.
